Photo Consent

As part of your registration with GMS, you will be asked to confirm your approval of using your child's picture. 

Although not a mandatory field on GMS, please may we ask you to insert a photo of your child/children. The system only requires a head shot for player registration card purposes, which is a mandatory requirement for festivals and tournaments.

 
*Please note we will only ever share pictures of the players on our personal SPOND app & Facebook page (both of which are invite only for our own members).

At the start of the year managers will send out a Google Form for you to sign. This is where you can let the managers know if you do or do not wish for your child's face to be shown in any pictures/posts in our club. You will be consenting for the year ahead.

If you want your decision to be changed at any point, please let your manager know.
